All students will be 21st-century learners, be safe, be good global citizens, and have a feeling of self-worth. The family is the foundation for the development of the individual.

BENNETT CSD BOARD GOALS

The Bennett CSD Board strives for continual improvement and will continue to invoice our community in the decisionmaking process and look for further ways to more effectively communicate with all stakeholders.

The Bennett CSD Board is committed to school improvement, especially in the areas of English Language Arts (ELA), Math and Social Emotional Behavior Health (SEBH). The Board is making a commitment to support the Multi Tier System of Supports (MTSS), the Professional Learning Communities (PLC) and Teacher Leadership Competition System (TLC) models as the most effective means to achieve the school improvement we desire.

BENNETT CSD BOARD

The Bennett CSD Board of Directors consists of five community members elected at-large and serving overlapping terms of four years. Members serve without pay. The Bennett Board of Directors is a policymaking and planning entity that governs the overall operations of the district and does not get involved with the day-to-day operations of the school system. The school board elects its own president and vice-president, appoints a secretary and treasurer, and hires the superintendent. The Board of Directors takes action on matters only in formal sessions with a quorum of members present. The board president serves as the spokesperson for the school board's position on all items related to the district.
